Ordering Instructions:
When you find an item you would like to order from our catalog, click the "Add To Your Shopping Cart" button beside that item. This will take you to your "Shopping Cart." There you will find a running total of all the items you've selected, their part numbers, descriptions, prices and shipping total. At this time you can make any adjustments to your order, including changing the quantity of items selected, returning to the catalog to add items, or emptying the contents of the entire shopping cart.
Each page of our catalog has a "View Your Shopping Cart" and a "Checkout Now" button so that you can view the contents of your cart or begin the checkout process at any time.
Once you press the "Checkout Now" button you will be asked if you are a
resident of Kansas. If you are, the state sales tax of 7.3% will be added
to your total. There is no tax on orders shipped out of state.
You will then chose the type of order form that suits you. To protect your confidential information, we recommend using our secure server options, but if your browser does not support secure forms, we offer alternative methods:
- Order by credit card online - You can chose to pay with either VISA or Mastercard (see below if you have concerns about the security of your credit card information)
- Gift order by credit card online - Chose this option for sending an order as a gift or to an address different from your billing address.
- Order by credit card through postal mail - This method allows you to place your order, print it and mail it to us. (If desired, you may submit the order form without entering your credit card number, then add it by hand before mailing it to us.)
- Order by check/money order through postal mail - This method allows you to place your order then print it and mail the order form along with your check. This option does take longer as we must wait for your check funds to clear before shipping your merchandise.

Shipping Information:
Automobilia will utilize the best carrier (United
States Postal Service, UPS, FED EX) for orders delivered to U.S. addresses.
Our U.S. shipping fees are based as follows:
- Orders totaling up to $75.00 will be charged
a flat rate of $7.50.
- Order totals ranging from $75.01 to $200.00
will be charged a shipping fee equal to 10% of the order total.
- Order totals over $200.01 will be charged
a shipping fee equal to 5% of the order total.
- Please note that additional shipping charges will be applied to over-size,
heavy and overseas orders.
- International Orders: The customer is responsible
for all customs duties and taxes on orders shipped internationally.

At Automobilia, we are committed to protecting
your privacy. We use the information we collect about you (name, address,
email, phone, credit card) for the sole purpose of processing your order.
We do not sell, trade, lease or otherwise make our customer email or postal
list available to other organizations.
For each visitor to our web site, our web server recognizes only the visitor's
domain name, but not their email address. We collect and store only the
following information about you:

the date and time you access our site

Security Provisions:
Automobilia does not store or keep track of
credit card numbers and at no point while shopping online with Automobilia
is your credit card number stored permanently. We use your credit card number
for only one transaction and it cannot be seen or stolen by a third party.
Because of these security precautions you will need to re-enter your credit
card information each time you place an order.
Our shopping cart service utilizes a variety of security precautions to
keep your information safe. You can tell when you are visiting a secure
website by looking at the web browser's status bar at the bottom of your
browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock icon the site
is secure, and all information you enter will be transmitted securely. When
you enter your information on an order form and click submit, your web browser
uses 128 bit encryption technology to encrypt the data before sending it
to our secure server. Your order is emailed to us (and never written to
disk on the server). The last six digits of your credit card number are
not sent to us so if someone intercepts it, the information is useless to
them. Automobilia then retrieves these six numbers from the server through
a separate secure transaction. This procedure may sound complicated but
it ensures the security of your information and provides the peace of mind
to make your online shopping experience with Automobilia an enjoyable one.

there are alternative methods for ordering by mail shown above in the ordering
instructions section.
